Civil Case #462 United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky 1958
Charlie Kee vs United States
On March 15, 1958 a U.S. jet aircraft "operated negligently".... "at excessively low altitude and high speed." The plaintiff's flock of poultry was so damaged that the difference between the fair & reasonable market value after the incident was $3,46.40.
Thanks to Joey Blackmon for spotting this while volunteering in processing civil case files at NARA Southeastern region.
